Job Description Should have the excellent in writing as well as speaking skill.Well verse with MS. Office.Proficient in meeting with advocates and in liasoning parts.Can successful handle the legal parts like by visiting High court, supreme court.(i.e Delhi, Ranchi ,Kolkata etc.)Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity.Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entityPromptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary.Act as a positive representation of the business to the community.Streamline and set processes, create SOPs.To assist the management in all activities relating to recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, collective bargaining and maintenance of discipline. Assist and advise the management in the overall control of the payroll as budgeted by top management and the maintenance of personnel records.To initiate employee recruitment ( as per requirements of different departments) which includes release of advertisements, screening of applications, fixing interviews etc.To frame/ review employee conduct and discipline rules pertaining to the particular unit in consultation with the general manager or Senior Management team.To ensure that all statutory obligations relating to the personnel function are met and maintained, effective liaison with the government labour authorities and other government authorities established under the labour laws.Maintain cordial relationships with the brokers and customers where ever required.Set up and manage the register of approved suppliers & manage the compilation of Requests Key Skills Human Resources Manager Industry Functional Area Number of Vacancy 5 Qualification Any Bachelor Degree About Perfect Staffing Solution Perfect Staffing Solution is a popular name in the placement industry.
