The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the Director of Legal and senior leaders on legal and regulatory matters, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Your experience in securities law and investment management will be crucial in driving the fund's success. Establish legal framework for new investment fund
• Advise on investment regulations and compliance
• Draft contracts, agreements, and documents
• Maintain internal compliance procedures
• Law Society of British Columbia member
• At least 7 years post-call legal experience
• Expertise in capital markets and securities law
