• Advise clients on labour and employment law issues
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
• Represent clients during litigation proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research in workplace law
• Manage client relationships to ensure excellent service Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in employment law
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Good standing member of the Law Society of British Columbia
• Proficient in wrongful dismissal and employment contract matters
