Legal Contracting Associate in Noida

Key Responsibilities
• Contract Drafting Reviewing: Draft, review, and vet various commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs to ensure legal and business compliance
• Contract Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all active and historical contracts and ensure timely execution and compliance
• Intra-Team Communication: Effectively collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, Account Management, etc.) to align on contract-related deliverables
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth negotiation, documentation, and execution of agreements
• Vendor Management: Handle legal aspects of vendor onboarding and engagement through careful review and negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs
• Contract Abstraction: Prepare contract summaries and abstracts from all executed agreements and SOWs to support internal audits and tracking
• Client Negotiation: Participate in client calls and email communications to resolve legal concerns and negotiate contract clauses
• SOW Repository Management: Ensure structured and timely storage, indexing, and retrieval of all Statements of Work in a centralized repository
• Agreement Repository Management: Maintain and manage the digital and physical repository of all legal agreements ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility
• Renewal Management: Monitor and manage renewal timelines for agreements and SOWs, sending timely alerts and initiating re-negotiation as necessary
