Designation - Legal Consultant - Contractual

Role - Hybrid

Responsibilities
• Spearheading the initial drafting and execution of contracts, this role involves negotiating and drafting diverse agreements such as Memorandum of Understanding, Non-disclosure Contracts, Admin contracts, lease deeds, and engagement letters.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams ensures a thorough understanding of contract scopes, while maintaining an up-to-date Management Information System (MIS) and contracts repository. Vigilantly monitoring contract expiration dates facilitates timely execution, renewals, and amendments.
• Ensuring compliance and contractual alignment with internal and external stakeholders, along with adeptly managing In-House counsel responsibilities, constitutes a pivotal aspect of the role.
• This includes comprehensive preparation of MIS reports, meticulous document handling, proficient invoice and vendor management, and leveraging prior experience in various contract types such as Service agreements, lease deeds, and leave and license agreements.
• Additionally, conducting legal research to decipher appropriate judgments enhances contractual interpretation, while staying abreast of evolving legal provisions and amendments ensures regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s in law (3 years- 5 years) Full time from reputed college in India.

Very good communication skills

3- 4 years of experience as an inhouse counsel

Passed All India Bar Examination

Preferred Requirements

Only looking for Delhi/NCR candidates with lesser notice period

For contractors, it’s going to be 6 months contract and post that it can be converted to a FT role or can get extended basis performance.

Should have basic experience on MS office tools.

Currently operating in Hybrid model Ok to work in HYBRID Mode - [No Permanent WFH]
