Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Compliance Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Legal Compliance Manager will oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, ensure the timely preparation of legal documents, and manage regulatory compliance requirements. Daily tasks include evaluating and monitoring company compliance practices, liaising with regulatory authorities, updating internal stakeholders about legal obligations, and ensuring business operations align with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge in Regulatory Compliance and Compliance Management, including the ability to create and oversee effective compliance programs.
• Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the aerospace or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Legal Document Preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Compliance Management, or a related field (LLB or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Prior experience in legal or compliance roles, particularly in the technology, aerospace, or regulatory environment, is highly advantageous.
