Full job description
1. Setting up of entities
2. Secretarial compliance for companies and LLPs under corporate laws
3. Handling compliance of specific events such as issue/transfer of shares, buyback/capital reduction, merger/demerger, liquidation / strike off, etc.,
4. Compliances under SEBI Regulations for listed companies
5. Drafting of legal documents – for fund raise, day-to-day commercial contracts, etc.,
6. Overall:
o Responsibility for client deliverables
o Managing client relationships o Managing the team
o Being updated with the latest developments in the tax and regulatory space Eligibility

criteria: • Semi-qualified – Inter CS or Final CS law student/paralegal with relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
