We are seeking a team player to add to our office. We are a law office that prides itself in providing an excellent work environment and client-focused services. We want someone who is well organized and can keep others organized as well. You should have excellent customer service skills and have experience dealing with people.
Administrative:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members;
File management;
Billing and timekeeping functions;
Draft letters and documents;
Answer phone calls, handle customer enquiries, concerns and instructions.
The Ideal Candidate:
Smart and Coachable;
Ability to learn quickly;
Ability to handle multiple files;
Graduate of a recognized legal assistant program or equivalent experience;
Experience maintaining an efficient filing system (physical and electronic files);
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook;
A client focused approach and commitment to providing exceptional service to internal and external clients;
A positive, self-starter attitude with ability to take initiative;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in residential real estate conveyancing
