The opportunity

We are looking for a Legal Secretary/Personal Assistants to join our Brisbane Office. You might be busy with tasks such as:

assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff;
major project support;
matter management;
preparation of correspondence and contracts;
monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant; and
diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.




To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:

Experience supporting a Partner or executive;
Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
Strong time management and organisation skills; and
Experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable but not essential.
