Job Description
- Managing charts and calendars.
- Drafting various correspondences.
- Scanning various documents.
- Preparing and updating Undertaking Charts.
- Preparing Medical Briefs and CDs.
- Preparing Affidavit of Documents and Trial Records.
- Preparing for and attending Team Meeting.
- Scheduling Examinations for Discovery.
- Scheduling Medical Assessments.
- Reviewing, requesting and serving various documents.
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of tort law and court processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong command of the English language and superior communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Great adaptability skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Proactive problem solving skills and possess excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
