Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team at our Motera office. This role is ideal for a fresh LLB graduate who is passionate about law and documentation. The ideal candidate should be fluent in drafting legal documents in both English and Gujarati.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts in English and Gujarati
• Prepare, translate, and type Gujarati Dastavej (legal documents)
• Conduct legal research and maintain case files and records
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal teams for ongoing cases or agreements
• Support the legal team in preparing notices, responses, and client correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping of legal documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Law (LLB) – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in English and Gujarati (both spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
