About the Job
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Corporate Lawyer, Technology to join our team. As a key member of the Technology Legal Team, you will play a critical role in supporting technology projects globally and advising on complex technology contracts.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in supporting technology projects, preparing contractual documents and reviewing, drafting, amending, summarising and generally working with complex technology contracts and related documents. You will also have strong drafting and negotiation skills, a keen attention to detail and experience in providing accurate and commercial legal advice and services in a timely fashion.
You'll work closely with other teams, including Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology and Tax, to deliver high-quality results and meet stakeholder expectations. If you have a growth mindset, are pragmatic, proactive, outcomes-focused and able to work autonomously and as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
