Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role with flexibility for a 4-day week. We offer a competitive salary aligned with the award rate and welcome junior applicants.



Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support under limited supervision.
Manage records, client inquiries, and routine correspondence.
Problem-solve non-routine issues with practical solutions.
Draft and manage legal documents.
Maintain accurate filing systems and diary management.
Coordinate office equipment usage and handle complex documents.
Audio dictation typing.
Assist with financial tasks like accounts reconciliation.
Manage client communications and resolve inquiries or complaints.
Oversee office management and maintain efficiency.
Liaise with external providers.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks.


Requirements:

Reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented.
Team player.
Prior administrative experience is desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and experience with scheduling, and filing systems.
Proficiency with office equipment, technology, and Microsoft Office.
Legal experience and familiarity with Leap are an advantage but not essential.
Applicants must be Australian residents and eligible to work in Australia.

Salary per the Legal, Clerical, and Administrative Employee Award, however negotiable dependant on experience.
