Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years of Legal Administrative Assistant experience required
At least 2 years of Land Use experience is required (internships do not count toward this experience)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Kofax Power PDF, and Outlook
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and colleagues
Work Ethic:
A strong work ethic, with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Time Management:
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced legal environment
Ability to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
Candidate must live locally to Voorhees, South Jersey, for convenience and reliability

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents including contracts, briefs, and memoranda, adhering to strict deadlines and legal standards
Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and paper, ensuring accurate documentation and timely access to important case information
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines
Handle phone calls, client inquiries, and provide general office support
Assist in land use documentation and related research, utilizing your expertise in this area
Process billing and maintain accurate records of time entries, client communications, and other administrative functions
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring a high standard of professionalism at all times
Perform other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the firm
