Job Title: Lecturer – Professional Development
Department: Training & Placement / Humanities / Skill Development
Location: Zeal Institutes, Narhe, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lecturer for Professional Development to train engineering students in essential employability and life skills required for successful careers. The role involves delivering interactive sessions on communication, personality development, career planning, and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct lectures and training sessions on Professional Development and Employability Skills.
• Train students in communication skills, presentation skills, group discussions, and interview preparation.
• Guide students on resume writing, LinkedIn profile development, and professional etiquette.
• Develop and deliver interactive learning modules, activities, and workshops.
• Evaluate students through assignments, presentations, and assessments.
• Support the Training & Placement Cell in preparing students for campus recruitment.
• Conduct mock interviews, aptitude preparation sessions, and career guidance programs.
• Mentor students on confidence building, teamwork, and workplace ethics.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in MBA (HR/Marketing), English, Psychology, Communication, or related field.
• Strong command over English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in training, teaching, or corporate learning & development preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of corporate expectations and campus recruitment processes.
• Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Ability to conduct interactive and activity-based training.
• Good mentoring and student engagement abilities.
Experience
• 0–5 years of experience in teaching, training, or corporate L&D.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Salary
As per institute norms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
