Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leave Vacancy Teacher - PRT for our Podar International School , Jalgaon . This is temporary ,small Level position requiring 2 to 4 years of work experience. The role involves delivering high-quality English lessons to students, creating engaging lesson plans, and contributing to the academic success of our students.
Qualifications and Skills
• Fluent in English (Mandatory skill)
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• In-depth knowledge of grammar and syntax to teach the fundamentals of the English language
• Ability to create engaging and comprehensive lesson plans tailored to different learning levels
• Patience and empathy to understand and support the individual needs of each student
• Understanding of different learning styles to adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Effective classroom management skills to create a productive learning environment
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and performance
Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with educational standards and curriculum requirements
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance learning experiences
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and any areas of concern
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and other required documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to improve teaching practices and curricular offerings
