Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic property management team. This position is commission-based, offering high earning potential for driven sales professionals eager to grow. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your goal is to create a welcoming environment, showcase available properties, and build lasting relationships that turn inquiries into happy residents. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, enhance customer service expertise, and contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere.
Duties
Create content and post regularly on social media channels to actively generate new leads.
Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and prompt responses.
Greet prospective tenants and provide detailed tours of available units, highlighting features and amenities.
Take listing photos/videos, and maintain deep knowledge of our building portfolios.
Maintain accurate property listings and ensuring the information is precise and up-to-date.
Facilitate the application process by collecting necessary documentation, conducting credit checks if needed, and explaining leasing terms clearly.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into signed leases.
Requirements
Previous experience in office settings or administrative roles, preferably within property management or real estate.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals confidently.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle required.
