Experience: 1-2 Years
Education: Graduates/Postgraduates from premier institutes (IIMs preferred and India's premier "Grade A" business schools)
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional teaching role.
As a Learning Strategist – Generative AI, you will shape how the next generation understands and adopts AI. You will design impactful learning journeys, engage with learners from diverse backgrounds, and work closely with leadership to build one of the most exciting AI learning experiences in India.
If you enjoy storytelling, facilitation, problem-solving, and creating "aha" moments, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Lead interactive workshops and learning sessions around AI and emerging technologies.
• Design engaging learning experiences that are practical, relevant, and outcome-driven.
• Translate complex concepts into simple, relatable insights.
• Mentor and guide learners through projects, discussions, and career exploration.
• Continuously experiment with innovative teaching methodologies and learning formats.
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to shape future learning programs.
• Build a strong learner community and foster a culture of curiosity and growth.
What We're Looking For
• Graduates/Postgraduates from premier institutes (IIMs preferred).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• A passion for learning and helping others succeed.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a startup mindset.
• Ability to connect business problems with emerging technologies.
• Prior experience in learning, consulting, leadership development, workshops, customer success, or community building is an advantage.
• An interest in Artificial Intelligence and its real-world applications.
