**Overview of the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for modelling excellence in teaching and learning, mentoring and coaching teachers, and facilitating school-based professional learning.

**Key Responsibilities**

Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice
Model exemplary classroom practice including through teaching demonstration lessons
Work with the school leadership team to develop a shared view of highly effective teacher practice
**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Deep knowledge and expertise in high quality teaching and learning
Ability to model excellent teaching and learning practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
