Job Title: Learning Development Enabler

Location: Jaipur, India

Role Description

The KYC Standards Policy and Training Specialist would be joining the Global KYC Key Operating Standards (KOS) team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end training of New Hires on KYC topics as well as providing refresher on KYC topics for new and existing staff.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Detailed and timely delivery of New Hire training
• Delivery of Checker certifications/ Executive Trainings/customised trainings with proficiency
• Deliver Byte-sized trainings to CLM employees as Refreshers on KOS subject matter changes
• Enhance Training offerings, including content and methods, and closer alignment with Ops Readiness/User Engagement teams
• Conduct coaching sessions to relevant teams at frequency matching with Quality Assurance (QA) findings
• To play the role of SME resolving queries as query redressal via emails Floor support.
• Record maintain 100% of Training records on C2L for audit purposes
• Partner with Onshore teams to work on E2E projects driven both for global regional
• Identify and review innovative training solutions to improve learning experience and to drive efficiency. Roll out new training solutions

• Understanding of the KYC Key Operating Standards (KOS) and their application
• Implementation of KYC requirements and changes
• Interest in procedure design and delivery skills
• Capable to deliver end to end New Hires/Refreshers/Customised KYC training independently
• Flexible with respect to work timings
