Leading Government Law Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate with 5+ years of post-admission experience to join our Government Law team in Melbourne. As a leading provider of legal services to government departments and agencies, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact matters alongside industry-leading experts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both private practice and government legal teams, ideally with exposure to matters involving the Department of Home Affairs and the NDIA. You'll be working on complex and highly litigious matters, including merit and judicial review proceedings, administrative decision-making, Freedom of Information, and privacy law.
