- 8+ years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, with the ability to research and apply complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and coaching teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Qualification – CPA qualified is mandatory.
