Lead Videographer
Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate video shoots, including setting up equipment, lighting, and framing to capture compelling footage
Direct videography sessions, ensuring creative vision is achieved during filming
Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to produce polished videos
Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects utilizing Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator
Manage post-production workflows, including color correction, sound editing, and adding special effects
Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver content that meets expectations
Maintain and organize video assets, ensuring proper storage and version control
Stay updated on the latest trends in videography, editing techniques, and technology advancements to continually improve production quality
Requirements
Proven experience in videography, video production, and editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Illustrator) and Final Cut Pro
Skilled in post-production processes including color grading, motion graphics, and sound editing
Strong understanding of filming techniques, camera operation, lighting setups, and equipment maintenance
Excellent eye for detail with the ability to tell compelling stories visually
Ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas for video content
Knowledge of photography is a plus but not required
