Lead Validation Marketing Executive

ROLE DEFINITION

Telemarketing is responsible to welcome the customer who has contacted us through emails and enquiry form. He/She will understand the requirment and collect the information details of the customers by outbound calls. Also will provide the basic overview of the company and retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information

RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE

1. Convert Cold lead into Warm Lead by doing outbound calls

2. Pre Sales and appointment setting

3. Database management

TASK & ACTIVITIES

1. Convert Cold lead into Warm Lead by doing outbound calls.
• Do the outbound calls to customer (customer who registered from enquriy form & email) and establish company differenciation.
• Sharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scripts.
• Convert cold leads into hot leads.d. Proactively initiates a call to a prospective customere. Explaining advantages of InfodriveIndia Brand.
• Understand Client Queries,
• Requirements for any changes & updations and accordingly take acting.
• Ask for reference leads.

2.Pre Sales and appointment setting.
• Do the proper follow ups.
• Make calls and followups to schedule appointments

3. Database management.
• Organizing of Leads generated based on prescribed categories/ sources and profiles of customer.
• Update from scheduling for next follow-ups.
• Collecting and maintaining record of calls and client remarks in CRM.

Measurement Metrics

1. 5 lead per day

2. 1 Reference per day

3. 70 calls per day .
