Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Interior LEAD Trim Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Trim Carpenter, you will be paid very well for following details, managing a crew and producing quality trim work personally and as a team. This position is perfect for those with over 5 years of trim work. If you are a self starter and assertive, someone who leads by example and has the capability to produce work and manage a team. You will be paid a handsome hourly rate Plus make additional money with our bonus structure per job.
If you are lazy, inexperienced, insecure, this is not a job for you.
Responsibilities:
- Be productive all day and produce quality workmanship
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications:
-Proven specific experience as a Trim Carpenter for 5+ yrs
- Ability to work with others and produce quality team work 8 hrs per day
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Note: This is a paid position. The salary will be commensurate with experience. We run hard and work hard. This is not a relaxation retreat. Phones are put away.
