Your primary focus will be on Technical Recruitment and job promotions.Please apply with you resume or share your resume at rajat.srivastava@programmers.io Experience Required: - 5 Years to + YearsLocation:- Pan IndiaWork From Home: - Till COVID 1+ ResponsibilitiesWrite and post technical job descriptionsSource potential candidates from different job boards and Social media like Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumesPerform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilitiesInterview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needsCraft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidatesCompose job offer lettersOnboard new hiresPromote company’s reputation as a great place to workConduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirementsKeep up-to-date with new technological trends and productsRequirementsProven work experience as a Technical RecruiterHands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Zoom, Skype, GTM and MS Teams)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
