About the RoleThis Senior Programmer II position is responsible for delivering high-quality programming support to various projects, clients, and therapeutic areas across the statistics and programming department.The Study Programmer will work with large databases to generate reports that facilitate in-depth analysis of real-world healthcare data assets. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional SAS and SQL programming skills, as well as experience in creating complex analysis datasets from diverse data sources.Experience in rare diseases is highly desirable but not required.A strong understanding of real-world healthcare claims databases and equivalent EU database knowledge is essential.Proficiency in OMOP-Common data model is a significant advantage, even with limited experience.Strong communication, time management, enthusiasm, and documentation skills are crucial for success in this role.
