About the role:
We are now looking for Lead Software Architect to join our team, with 14 Plus years of experience in Software Industry focusing on the design, implementation, and verification of software architecture. You will collaborate with senior architects to understand and contribute to key architectural aspects, including requirements, design, and deployment views. With a solid foundation in software technology and programming, you will help ensure the architecture meets both business and technical needs while ensuring performance and quality. We provide cloud-based platforms that allow seamless communication, integration, and innovation among our products and services. The scalable software products helps other business units modernize and consolidate their Care portfolios.
With us you will be responsible for -
Lead the technical design of the system and have overall responsibility for facilitating the major technical decisions related to software architecture.
Product Design, Development and Implementation
Coaching the team in resolving complex issues and problems, taking architecture Decisions
Leading the application development and maintenance work in the role of an Architect and work on solution architecture and solution design
Understanding legacy applications and help in creating a technical road map for upgrades with new technologies
Working closely with customer stakeholders and to ensure predictable product vision
Identify gaps in the existing release/deployment/configuration process and come up with solutions to reduce risks, proactively checking and raising alerts.
Identify and design reusable elements of existing architecture and new development.
Coach, lead and guide the software development work team.
Resolve disputes related to software development and make tradeoffs.
Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture being proposed.
Ensure that right modeling is being done to ensure that qualities like performance are going to be met.
Participate in pre-sales when needed.
Participate to answer RFP's in their own responsibility area
We expect you to have
At least 14+ years of experience.
Excellent skills in Design patterns, advance .net concepts and web development, WebApi
Ability to see the bigger picture, Product Architecture
Extensive knowledge of Web technologies like Angular, HTML5, Javascript, Typescript, SPA
Hands-on experience in .Net Stack and other frameworks
Good knowledge about cross-browser compatibility and web standards.
Good knowledge about healthcare data interoperability and portability standard like OpenEHR, FHIR, HL7.
Good knowledge of MSSQL, ORM like Entity framework
Good knowledge of TDD
Good knowledge of SOA, IOC, REST API, Microservices, Event-driven architecture and CQRS
Good knowledge of Dev ops, Continuous Integration, Continuous deployment, Containerization and cloud infrastructure
Good understanding of working in an agile setup
Good to have:
Good knowledge of usability and user experience (UX) design, Domain Driven Development
Working knowledge of database
