Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Senior Plumbing Technician. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in plumbing and gas-fitting, and a comprehensive understanding of service and project processes. The Plumbing Division Lead plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all plumbing-related services.What You'll Do
• Lead plumbing teams during project, repair, and maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair plumbing and hydronic systems.
• Read and interpret manuals / technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repair work.
• Preform high-quality service work and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with coordinators / project managers / service managers to plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients, office staff, and teammates.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify proper installation, functionality, and safety of plumbing systems
• Train team members on technical procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site on every call.

Qualifications
• Journeyman Certification (Required) with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Gasfitter A certification (Bonus) - earns an additional hourly premium
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to grow
• Works independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of codes, safety standards, and industry best practices for plumbing projects
• Strong basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
• Clean drivers abstract
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
