Lead Residential Interior Design Consultant

Design Cafe is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of residential interior design projects and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and preferences
• Create 2D and 3D designs using CAD software
• Develop idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
• Maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail
• Collaborate with clients to ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketch-up
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Experience in handling clients and managing design projects

Additional Skills:
• Sales skills (ability to handle both design and sales)
• Willingness to work in a target-based role
• Availability to work over weekends
