Job Description
Respirit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, a prominent healthcare provider in Northeast India, operates Breathe Superspeciality Clinic, offering a wide range of medical services. As we expand our services with a new Home Healthcare vertical, we seek a dynamic and experienced Lead Nurse to oversee clinic operations and spearhead our home healthcare initiative.
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Lead Nurse to manage and supervise nursing staff at our clinic while leading the development and implementation of our Home Healthcare services. This role requires a strong leader with clinical expertise, who can ensure excellence in patient care both in the clinic and in home settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff at Breathe Superspeciality Clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Home Healthcare Leadership: Lead and manage the launch and ongoing operations of the Home Healthcare vertical, including patient care coordination and service delivery.
• Clinical Oversight: Supervise the clinical aspects of care in both the clinic and home healthcare settings, ensuring quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care when needed, particularly in complex cases, and ensure all nursing services are delivered with empathy and professionalism.
• Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff to enhance skills relevant to both clinic operations and home healthcare.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact between patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care across both settings.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Policy & Procedure Development: Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures for both the clinic and home healthcare services.
• Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and management of medical supplies and equipment necessary for both clinic and home healthcare operations
• Qualifications:
• Education: B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience,
