Expertise in data validation, data cleansing, and maintaining data accuracy
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination

Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
Knowledge of master data creation, maintenance, and governance processes
Experienced in process documentation, SOP creation, and audit support
Strong communication and people management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high-volume operations
