Responsibilities
• Ensure meeting day-to-day targeted deliveries, as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manage work force allocation and identify team's training needs Adhere to risk, regulatory and control requirements Identify, lead and deliver process improvements, regularly Be a first level of contact for any delivery resolutions Lead team and inspire performances Maintain & Monitor Teams KPI's
