Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on developing large-scale applications
Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with MySQL and AWS
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
Strong understanding of software development life cycle models
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and devise solutions
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members
Proven experience in working with Agile methodologies
Strong commitment to quality, performance, and efficiency
