Position Overview
Job Title -Lead Infrastructure Architect (DevOps)
Location – Pune, India
Role Description

You will be carrying out all aspects of DevOps tooling design and implementation by working with various stakeholders from Deutsche Bank, DWS, cloud service providers and other service partners. You will be involved in decision making related to identifying the appropriate roadmaps, design standards, negotiations, reviewing and contributing into the architecture decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities
As you help us shape our new environment and ways of working your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Create a well-informed DevOps engineering strategy overseeing the adoption process
• Translate functional and non-functional business requirements into a technical solution design, leveraging best practices, design patterns and analysis of application and infrastructure design including security standards
• Design and implement robust and secure DevOps platform frameworks supporting delivery and lifecycle management of GCP/Azure IaaS and PaaS workloads
• Responsible for defining the System Development Life Cycle methodology and cross-functional tools to ensure adoption and continuous improvement
• Developing roadmap and implementation plan for DevOps architecture
• Collaborating across technology senior executives, service partners, architects and other stakeholder groups
• Use excellent communication skills to engage with peers and stakeholders at all levels
• Keep up to date with industry trends evaluating relevant cloud platforms, tools & technologies
Your Skills And Experience
You will have excellent DevOps knowledge and experience at enterprise level along with a technically inquisitive and delivery focused mindset. The following is a list of technical areas you should have a deep understanding of along with examples of specific technologies where we would expect either demonstratable experience or an understanding of their function in a modern cloud environment.
• Public cloud platforms: Ideally with GCP but if not Azure or AWS
• DevOps approach: Agility, shift left, delivery, continuous feedback, customer centricity
• Tooling: IaC, VCS, Jenkins, automation, config management, secret management, monitoring
• Development skills: GIT, Terraform, Bash, PowerShell, Python, gcloud CLI, ARM, Ansible
• Cloud hosting: IaaS, PaaS, serverless, microservices, containers, storage, backup
• Cloud workload deployment/migration: Plan, assess, design, build, run
• Cloud networking: VNet, subnets, routing, NGFW, load balancers, interconnects, VPN
• Server environments: Windows, Linux, Unix, virtualization, physical
• Financial Services or Asset Management experience is preferable
• Third party public cloud or tooling certifications
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications
