Located in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, is seeking ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Executives for our international process. As a Lead Gen Executive, you will interact with potential American clients via chat or calls, generating leads and setting up appointments for our sales team.

_Responsibilities:_

- Research and identify potential leads in the American market
- Engage with prospects via chat or calls, introducing our products/services
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Meet and exceed lead generation targets
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads

_Requirements:_

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in a night shift (for international process)
- Positive attitude and a passion for sales
