Lead Full Stack Developer

Responsibility:

You have at least 4+ year of hands-on experience in creating public, complex systems using multiple languages.

You are proficient in PostgreSQL / MySQL, Node.js and ,ReactjS
You have built REST API’s.
You know your way around HTML and CSS.
Write tests for the functionality you implement.
Experience deploying apps on any of the public cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure.
Experience with common development tools such as Yarn, Git, Visual Studio Code, etc.
Being able to work autonomously, quick learner and enthusiastic to learn new technologies.
Developer Responsibilities:
Participate in our product development from ideation to deployment and beyond.

Work with our data team to make our product smarter and more intuitive to use.

Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Full Stack Lead Engineer must have the following qualities-
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development.
Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Full Stack Development: Develop both frontend and backend components of web applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript or TypeScript.
Database Design and Integration: Design database schemas and integrate MongoDB or other databases into the application. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints using Express.js or other frameworks. Implement authentication, authorization, and validation mechanisms.
Frontend Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js or other frontend libraries and frameworks. Implement state management, client-side routing, and UI components.
Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in the application and implement optimizations to improve the overall performance and scalability.
Security Considerations: Address security vulnerabilities and implement best practices for secure coding, data protection, and user authentication.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers. Communicate effectively to understand requirements, provide updates, and address technical challenges.
Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Investigate and resolve technical issues, including bugs, performance problems, and system failures. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full stack development. Share knowledge with the team and actively contribute to the technical community.
