Responsibilities
Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage with precision and care
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, explaining treatment options, and ensuring a positive experience
Conduct body waxing, makeup application, nail care, and product demos to educate clients on skincare routines and available products
Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Lead retail sales efforts by recommending products suited to individual skin types and concerns, boosting revenue opportunities
Train and mentor team members on treatment techniques, sanitation protocols, and customer engagement strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continuously improve service quality
Skills
Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services
Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health regulations in the beauty industry
Background in cosmetology or related certifications required; additional training in advanced skincare preferred
Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
Ability to perform product demos effectively while promoting retail sales opportunities
Skilled in providing deep tissue massages with professionalism and care
