Responsibilities
• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans
• Provide EHS training to employees and contractors
• Stay up-to-date with EHS regulations and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate EHS requirements into project planning and execution
• Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and external EHS consultants
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS performance
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health Safety, or related field
• Master's degree or certifications in EHS management preferred
