Busy Bees at Noarlunga Downs is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to guide high-quality practice and support our team in delivering exceptional care and education.
About the Role
Lead the delivery of engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
Mentor and guide educators to ensure high-quality practice
Support documentation, planning, and assessments
Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Support centre compliance and continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Proven experience as a Lead Educator
Valid SA Working with Children Check (Employee)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting
Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Leadership and communication skills
