Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with program leads, data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain data products such as Power BI dashboards and Databricks datasets using Python and related technologies.
Analyze historical performance and demand trends to identify bottlenecks and critical part numbers.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor KPIs including yield, supplier lead times, and on-time delivery.
Deliver actionable insights to Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Prioritize critical components and recommend producibility improvements.
Utilize SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools to visualize and communicate business insights.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and their impact on delivery performance.
Support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance throughout the data lifecycle.
Manage databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
Develop, implement, and maintain ETL processes.
Follow best practices for data security, storage, and compliance.
Document data engineering processes and provide technical support as required.
Required Qualifications
Eligible to work in Canada and able to work onsite.
6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Quality, or related fields, preferably within Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Defense.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Experience with Apache Spark and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and Databricks.
Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, data architecture, and governance.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
