Lead Coordinator

Lead & Finance Coordinator Used Autos Calgary is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Lead & Finance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage customer leads, follow up on credit applications, collect required documents, maintain accurate records, and support our sales and finance departments. You'll be a key part of delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery. Responsibilities Follow up with new and existing leads by phone, text, email, and social media. Manage and follow up on credit applications. Collect and review pay stubs, proof of income, driver's licences, and other required documents. Maintain accurate customer files using Dealertrack, GoHighLevel, and internal CRM systems. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales and finance team. Update and maintain Google Sheets and internal tracking systems. Communicate with customers through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Ensure every lead receives prompt and professional follow-up. Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience with Dealertrack, GoHighLevel, Slack, and Google Sheets is an asset. Experience handling finance documents and credit applications is an asset. Automotive dealership experience is an asset. Customer service or call centre experience is not required, but is considered an asset. Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
