We are: An Award Winning, dynamic, collaborative team providing Residential Renovations & New Construction services to clients throughout the Lower mainland; with a mission of Service, Excellence, and Innovation.
You are: A highly skilled trade with attention to detail and seeking a full-time opportunity, with room to grow into a leadership position.
Summary:
The primary responsibility for the Lead Carpenter is to support the Construction Manager as requested to keep the project moving forward.
Health & Minimum requirements:
· Healthy & physically fit
· Own PPE and personal tools
· Have your own vehicle to get to and from jobsites all over the lower mainland, and hold a valid BC Driver’s License
· Clear communication in the English language and able to follow instructions
· Minimum 10 years of Residential Renovation or New Construction experience required
· Red Seal Carpentry Ticket (Or able to challenge)
General Responsibilities:
1. Follow site safety rules.
2. Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and safely: forming, framing, finishing, door and window install, clean up, and other various carpentry tasks
3. Electrical/painting/plumbing/drywall are all subcontracted out but – you need to have a general understanding of these other trades; and how they work together in “house as a system”
4. Read site drawings
Compensation:
· Renumeration dependant on skills & experience
· Benefits package available after 3 months
