Carpentry Foreman
Responsibilities
• Established company is looking for a high quality finish carpenter. We are a company that specializes in interior finish carpentry.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years
• Truck, tools, knowledge in related materials.
• Skills & Knowledge: Experience in architectural design and working from plans Ability to deal with high end clients and having a professional appearance. Experience with smartphone technology (e.g. iPhone, Blackberry, Android operating systems).Organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and overcome problems Self-motivated
Detail-orientedJob Functions
Installation of doors, mouldings, cabinetry and woodwork in general
Ability to work extra hours and weekends as necessary.
• Job Type: Full-time
Requirements
• High school or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Carpentry Experience: 3-5 years
• Knowledge of modern resource calculation methods.
• Clean Driving Record
• Experienced carpentry, siding, gutters, window wraps and all around general construction knowledge.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and other personnel.
Conditions
• Work location – Southern Chester County Pennsylvania and surrounding areas
• Independent Contractor with 35-40+/hrs per week of work
• Competitive Pay, Negotiable based on skill & experience
