Job Description
Role: Business Analyst & Product Owner, SFDC
Designation: Lead Business Analyst
Experience: 8-10 Yrs
Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Qualification: Business degree or Graduation/ Post graduation in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience Required
• Atleast 4 years of working experience with SFDC/Salesforce projects and atleast 2yrs as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies.
• Experience working on SFDC including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM etc.,
• Experience with SFDC forms, templates, customizations, integrations etc.,
• Experience working on any cloud platform AWS, Azure or GCP as a Business Analyst
• Hands on with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, MS PPT, Word, Excel, Business process/ flow chart diagrams etc.,
• Hands on with SQL & basic scripting.
• Experience with any of the industry verticals Healthcare, Pharma, Retail, Banking Financial & Insurance
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills and able to write detailed user stories.
What will you get to do in this role?
• Be a face to the Customer and create confidence by speaking business language.
• Direct interaction with Client/ Client’s Business functions, Product Owners for requirements gathering, product knowledge, drafting user stories (functional, integration, technical, non-functional etc.,).
• Clearly articulate and highlight the dependencies between stories and technical implementations.
• Drive delivery teams (Design, Dev, QA etc.,) to ensure everyone has same interpretation of requirements gathered from client.
• Experience performing functional/ user acceptance testing along with Product owners and Client’s business functions including creation of Business / System acceptance scenarios.
• Building collaterals related to industry verticals, creating business processes and functional maps.
• Able to drive requirements process via any delivery methodology (primarily Agile)
• Able to conduct requirement grooming sessions with internal / external stakeholders.
• Facilitate the QA team in Test Case review and Defect Triage Meetings
• Able to do POC’s and help with solutioning and Pre-sales working with Architects and Leadership Team
