Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake all aspects of Accounting Policies and Quality
• Responsible for Financial Risk Management; shall be responsible for front ending annual, quarterly and monthly Audits (RBI inspection, Statutory audit, tax audit etc) with internal / external auditors
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Liaise with cross functional teams on Accounting policy and issues
• Work closely with the CFO on aspects of due diligence
• Responsible for accounting analyses; ensuring that financial statements are correct and in compliance with acceptable accounting principles.
• Identify and report errors, audit planning and regular compliances
• Working closely with IT team for working on identified automation requirements.
• All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct
Eligibility Criteria
• Education :Chartered Accountant having exposure in Banks/NBFC /HFC
• +-12 years of experience. Preferably in BFSI
• Proficiency in accounting
• Exceptional understanding of financial rules and regulations
• Hands on experience with budgeting and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven communication skills
