As a seasoned architect, you will lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, overseeing project management from concept to execution. Your expertise in design excellence will ensure quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and guide a team of architects and designers
• Oversee project management, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to bring designs to life
• Coordinate with site teams for effective on-site execution and problem-solving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a team
• Exceptional project management skills, ensuring designs translate seamlessly into execution
• Deep understanding of BMC/MCGM regulations and building codes
• Software proficiency in Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Enscape
