Key Responsibilities

Prepare files for defense from inception to resolution.
Conduct depositions and prepare and argue motions.
Appear in court and assist with trial preparation.
Requirements

Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
1 to 5 years of experience in defense litigation is preferred.
