We are currently seeking a part-time Intern to support our AI Public Law Policy practice for Spring 2025.
The AI Public Policy Intern will reside in the Palo Alto, CA office with hybrid work capabilities. The role will report to the assigned attorney(s), advisor(s), and practice management, and will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Public/AI Law Policy practice. Interns will receive in the course of their time with us, exposure to clients with varied policy issues— AI Safety Risk and a wide variety of other interests.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
• Review and draft pleadings, contracts, board minutes, and legal memos
• Attend client meetings
• Conduct legal and policy research related to Artificial Intelligence(AI)
• Perform other special assignments
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills Abilities):
Your Knowledge and Experience
• Must be a current Law School Student (Undergraduate/Master)
• Must possess strong research, analytical, writing skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience analyzing and presenting sets of data and reports is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of related professional experience, project, or coursework
• Strong communication skills required, particularly writing for publication
Proactive, solution focused mindset with demonstrated creative, problem-solving.
