Law Firm Receptionist
Job Description
Experienced and highly professional receptionist needed for a consumer rights law firm to answer inquiries by telephone and greet clients coming into the office in an accurate and articulate manner
This is a great opportunity for someone who is very organized, prioritizes deadlines, can multitask, and has a pleasant demeanor
The ideal candidate is skilled in answering all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system and proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
Answer and route all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
Redirect calls to appropriate employees and take messages when required
Ensure the reception area and conference room are neat and orderly
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
Answer general client inquiries, redirect as necessary
Process mail, scan, and upload the mail into the Litigation Management System
Secretarial support such as scanning and photocopying
Perform other related receptionist and administrative duties as requested

Salary is commensurate with experience.
